Contact form: name, email, company (optional), project type, budget (optional), your message, the site language you used and the time of submission.

Booking a call: if you book via Calendly, the data you enter there is collected by Calendly under its own privacy policy.

Technical logs: our hosting providers automatically record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested pages) for security and stability. We do not use them to identify visitors.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this site.

We use your contact details and message solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal — that is, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract — and, for technical logs, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Processing is governed by the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL); for visitors from the EU/EEA we follow the equivalent GDPR principles (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Form submissions are routed through our automation tool (n8n) and stored in Google Sheets (Google LLC); we also receive a notification copy via Telegram. The website is served by our hosting providers (DigitalOcean / Vercel).

Some of these providers process data outside Serbia and the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR — Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the providers' certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Google and Vercel are certified). We share only what is needed to handle your inquiry and never sell or rent personal data to anyone.

If you consent via the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand how the site is used. This runs on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), IP addresses are anonymized, and you can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and for follow-up, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a project relationship requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and request a copy in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik), or with your local supervisory authority.

The site links to external services (Calendly, LinkedIn, GitHub, YouTube). Once you leave qikdev.com, the privacy policies of those services apply.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The current version is always available on this page, with the date shown above.
